In fact, this week, no drop in client attendance is expected at the shows, and growth — albeit lower than that in 2008 — is still predicted for 2009. Judging by John Galliano's colorful, theatrical Spring 2009 outing today, with blue and white delft prints, stained glass backdrop, and corseted crinoline gowns that took 300 to 400 hours each to make, the top brass at Dior isn't too worried, either.*image: source, source
