Heidi Klum is said to be hosting the event, which is back in New York City this year, and while non-Angel casting is always highly anticipated, five new faces now have a guarantee. In addition to Klum, Lima, Alessandra Ambrosio, Miranda Kerr, Marisa Miller, and Doutzen Kroes, the company has named Emanuela de Paula, Lindsay Ellingson, Candice Swanepoel, Rosie Huntington-Whiteley, and Chanel Iman as their newest Angels — Iman has said in the past being an Angel was one of her modeling goals. First-time Angels are said to typically sign three-year contracts.

>> We had a few clues as to who made the cut for Terry Richardson's 2010 Pirelli calendar when he shot it last month in Bahia, Brazil, but now Italian Vanity Fair has the details on the full cast, which includes Daisy Lowe, Georgina Stojiljkovic, Eniko Mihalik, Catherine McNeil, Lily Cole, Abbey Lee Kershaw, Miranda Kerr, Ana Beatriz Barros, Gracie Carvalho, Marloes Horst, and Rosie Huntington-Whiteley.
Terry produced thousands of images from the shoot with the girls holding sloths, fruit, roosters, and holding hands while running through waves in little else than a bikini bottom. The goal this year was to use "no makeup, no reflectors — only the flash of the camera — no branded clothes or jewelry, no girls altered surgically," said Andrea Imperiali, manager of Pirelli on the set. Fifty images will make the final cut when the calendar is debuted Nov. 19 in London, but until then the gallery below — which is NSFW — and a video of the shoot will have to do.

>> Natalia Vodianova has been chatting up her collaboration with Etam for a while — and last night, the French lingerie company shelled out for their newly-signed three year ambassador, staging a full-blown show at the Ritz in Paris that drew the likes of Eva Herzigova, Emmanuelle Alt, and Charlotte Casiraghi in the front row and Edita Vilkeviciute, Sigrid Agren, Flavia Oliveira, and Sessilee Lopez on the runway. Natalia pour Etam, which encompasses swimwear and lingerie, including a silk nightgown inspired by one in Natalia's own wardrobe, runs $20-$80 and hits stores in April. The line will be reoccurring, with Natalia designing a new collection every season over the period of her ambassadorship.

No sign of Lara Stone, Jessica Stam, or Natasha Poly, but after missing yesterday's event, Izabel Goulart is there. There are plenty of new faces — Abbey Lee Kershaw and Sarah Stephens represent Australia, Arlenis Sosa Pena the Dominican Republic, Maryna Linchuk Belarus, and Erin Heatherton the US.

>> ON THE CAMPAIGN TRAIL —It seems Burberry has a no tolerance policy for drugs — the house cancelled its campaign with Kate Moss back in 2005 after tabloid pictures of her snorting cocaine surfaced, and now it's phased out Fall 2008 face Rosie Huntington-Whiteley after pictures of her with a drug pipe appeared in July. The latter is an interesting choice to round out the three, since Jourdan and Eden are runway models through-and-through, while Rosie is better known for her Victoria's Secret work. Christopher Bailey Takes Burberry to a Melancholy Place for Fall
>> Christopher Bailey has been staunchly loyal to Burberry's British roots, casting Brit-born models, singers, and actors in the label's recent ad campaigns. The Fall 2008 duo is no exception. Blue-blooded, Devon-born model Rosie Huntington-Whiteley and Leeds-bred actor Sam Riley combine for a moody, black-and-white set of Mario Testino-helmed photos, shot in London's Kensington Gardens.
Meanwhile, the much-publicized rumors about a "riff" between Burberry and Agyness Deyn have been put to rest — the model will be featured in Burberry's Fall 2008 fragrance ads for The Beat — and Bailey himself asserted, "Agyness is a huge part of the Burberry family and a personal friend." Just to put the nail on the rumor's coffin, Agyness showed up wearing a Burberry dress to Elton John's White Tie and Tiara Ball yesterday.
