Supposedly, two or three fell, and a number more slipped — the crowd clapped each time one got up, and Max Azria, who blamed the slippery wood runway, says he didn't care about the falls. Among the casualties, two promising new faces — 15-year-old Polish model Monica "Jac" Jagaciak, who Models.com just named among their top 10 Fall 2009 newcomers, and 17-year-old German model Karolin Wolter, who Style.com just noted as one to watch.
