>> A LITTLE TURN ON THE CATWALK -All minds are still curious to see what Patrick Robinson can do for Gap, so yesterday when he debuted his first full Spring collection for the brand, editors came in droves. Sarah Lerfel, fresh off the "impossible" Colette x Gap opening on Saturday, took a tour around with Hello Kitty bag in tote, pausing to mingle before exiting sans a Colette x Gap goody bag. Others stayed longer, enjoying the four kinds of juice offered, brightly colored enough to go with the collection on display - one model even partook (left).

Also of note: The chunky wooden Pierre Hardy Design Edition platforms are apparently coming in all different colors next Spring.

>> J.Crew To Sponsor This Year's CFDA/Vogue Fashion Fund Instead of Gap -J.Crew is reportedly taking the main sponsorship of the CFDA/Vogue Fashion Fund over from Gap starting this year. In the past, the Gap partnership has seen collaborations with Fashion Fund finalists like Alexander Wang, Rodarte, and Sophie Theallet - housed under Gap Design Editions - grace Gap stores since as far back as 2007, but it looks like this year J.Crew - which recently tried out a designer collaboration with Fenton/Fallon's Dana Lorenz - may be the go-to retail point for this year's designer finalists. >> The ten nominees for the 2010 CFDA/Vogue Fashion Fund award have just been announced; the winner, who is awarded $200,000 and a yearlong mentorship, will be determined in November, as will two runners-up, who receive $50,000 each. For the last few years, the winner and runners-up have also worked with Gap as part of a limited-edition Gap Design Edition collaboration to help their labels more exposure.

>> Charles Jourdan to Relaunch; Pierre Hardy's Newest Shoes for Gap -Charles Jourdan, the French shoe brand for whom Guy Bourdin shot iconic ads from 1967 to 1981, is relaunching under designer Alexandra Neel in September; the brand was acquired by Groupe Royer last December and is starting with 45 styles targeted at thirtysomething women, with prices running $185 to $250. Meanwhile, Pierre Hardy is continuing to contribute to Gap's Design Editions for the fourth year - this time he serves up two suede boots and a sandal, all due in stores in mid-September. >> The CFDA/Vogue Fashion Fund has determined its ten finalists for 2008.

Last year's winner, Rogan Gregory, was announced in November and received a monetary award of $200,000, with two runners-up reiving $50,000 each. For the past couple of years, the nominees have worked with Gap as part of a limited Gap Design Edition collaboration to gain more exposure, and many have also gone on to work with Target in limited-edition runs.

But that doesn't mean it has to be ho-hum: Lily Aldridge accompanied her Gap dress with those crazy heelless Antonio Berardi shoes, Threeasfour's Ange wore bright blue eye makeup, Byrdie Bell went majorly vintage, and Meredith Melling Burke pulled off her best Proenza Schouler.

My favorite look of the night? Lisa Cant's simple striped top paired with frothy full skirt from Jason Wu (far right). Does someone else deserve accolades? You be the judge.

That drop-waisted dress and the trademark Alex Wang vest dress are going to cause a frenzy in Uniqlo stores worldwide May 30, especially with prices running $29-$79. Looking at these, wouldn't he be perfect for next year's Gap Design Editions?
