March 6, 2009 3:15 pm >> INSIDER WIRE —A break from all the clothes sashaying down the runways for a scandal that doesn't involve Olivier Theyskens: Bertrand Hennet, the chief executive of Elite World, the parent company of Elite Model Management, was charged Wednesday with buying and transporting illegal drugs.  His Paris apartment and office were searched Tuesday, but nothing was found; Hennet did admit to snorting up to two grams of cocaine per day, but was not charged with supplying the drug.  Elite last faced scandal in 1999, when an expose revealed that young models were being pressured into sex and drugs.
