a perverse shade of purple March 17, 2007 12:30 am >>  This has to be simultaneously one of the creepiest and most creative editorials I've come across in a while.  I mean, Shannan Click has the creepster look down pat.  The placement of the partial face masks, the hanging mannequin heads, the play with the weird proportions, and the washed-out shade of purple all lend themselves to an editorial that is so grotesque you just have to keep staring at it.  This purple editorial is in the Spring/Summer issue of Purple Fashion magazine (cute, huh?  purple in Purple).  Anyway.  "The New Decade Starts Now," shot by Alexei Hay, styled by Sabina Schreder.  The rest of the editorial can be seen here.
