>>  ...we have Miss Miller for February Vogue UK.  Applause for the huge improvement.  Weird that both US Vogue and Vogue UK are using her as a cover girl in such quick succession.  But Vogue UK wins by a landslide, and we are talking California-mud-all-over-the-place landslide.  Then again, it could just be the to-die-for Balenciaga pantsuit that's doing it for me...
