one place you never thought you would see it
>> The satin Prada turban -- it has really gotten around. Open any women's fashion magazine, it's the first thing you see. Open the style.com party pages, it's the first thing you see. Open a men's fashion magazine... well, it's not the first thing you expect to see. But you can thank Carine Roitfeld for making your assumption (and mine) a falsity. Mme Roitfeld, who took over the editorial directorship of Vogue Hommes International starting this season (S/S 2007), styled a charming little editorial called "Neo Smoking," shot by Mario Testino and showcasing the ubiquitous Prada turban on the head of a... man. And I have to say, I don't think it's ever looked better.
