Natasha Poly was the the first girl to step off the classic Riva carrying barefoot models to the start of the Chanel resort show today in Saint-Tropez. Karl Lagerfeld's 1970s-on-the-Riviera collection of chiffon kaftans, gingham blouses, metallic shorts, tweed jackets, and lace swimwear was location-appropriate and ultimately very wearable, as illustrated by the range of models cast for the event. Jaquetta Wheeler (who said she often wishes for more curves), 17-year-old Georgia May Jagger (who closed the show on the back of a motorcycle), and plus-size model Crystal Renn were among those to walk. After the runway, guests headed to VIP Room for a celebration, which was the location used in Lagerfeld's short film for the collection, "Remember Now."
