>> Campaign season is here. So far, there have been Spring 2012 ad moments for Gisele Bundchen, Karlie Kloss, Alessandra Ambrosio, Miranda Kerr, Julia Stegner — and more. See those, plus all the Spring 2012 ad campaigns, in the slideshow — with more added as they arrive.
>> Who better captures the spirit of Peter Copping's darkly romantic, pastel-tinted vision than Raquel Zimmerman — especially as lensed by Inez & Vinoodh? Set in an old manse in Westbury, Long Island, the resulting minifilm for Nina Ricci Spring 2012 is lovely and ethereal — with just enough camera-shake, slow motion, and subversive wind-blowing to keep things interesting.
>> The release of the complete lookbook a few days ago was only part of the story — now, the entire Marni for H&M ad campaign is here. Lensed by Sofia Coppola and featuring model Liu Wen and actress Imogen Poots — who also stars in the collection's campaign video — the images are exactly what we'd expect: dreamy, exotic, and rich with want-now patterns and prints. See the images here, now.
>> For the Spring 2012 Boy Bag campaign video, Karl Lagerfeld takes us on a journey back to the '20s with a mini silent film. Titled My New Friend Boy, the video comes complete with a dramatic piano soundtrack, some very moody lighting, and — like any silent film worth its salt — an undercurrent of darkness. Nailing the part of silver-screen heroine — and making her Chanel campaign debut — is Lagerfeld's latest muse, model Alice Dellal. See it all, right here.
>> Steven Meisel captures a bit of nefarious dinner party fun in this recently-released Lanvin Spring 2012 campaign video. Set to the tune of Maxine Ashley's "Cookieman," models Aaron Vernon, Angus Low, Aymeline Valade, Johannes Schulze, Marte Mei van Haaster, and Othilia Simon pose moodily, play with snakes, and don jeweled masks — looking glamorously chic all the while. Watch it below now.
>> Prada's '50s Americana fantasy comes to life in this just-released Spring 2012 campaign video. Lensed by Steven Meisel, the video features models Natasha Poly, Ymre Stiekema, Katryn Kruger, Meghan Collison, Elise Crombez, and Guinevere van Seenus all dolled up and skulking about an old-school gas station. Watch it here, now.
>> Is Imogen Poots the face of Marni For H&M? This ad — which recently surfaced on The Fashion Spot — features what appears to be the British actress lounging in a leopard print-filled room, wearing a super-shiny paisley ensemble. A QR code in the bottom left corner directs viewers to the campaign video, which — as WWD confirmed last month — was shot by Sofia Coppola. While it is yet to be confirmed that the star of Coppola's video is the star of this ad campaign, we do know one thing: Coppola filmed the video last October in Marrakesh — and judging by the Moroccan-style tile work in the background of this image, it looks like this photo may have been shot there as well.
The H&M For Marni collection hits stores March 8.
>> You've seen the Spring 2012 Chanel campaign images, now here's the video. Saskia de Brauw and Joan Smalls engage in some serious seaside acrobatics — as Karl Lagerfeld directs — in this making-of video, shot on the sun-drenched coast of Antibes and set to the tune of Andrea Perry's "If You Come Over."
>> Although there were rumors that Gisele Bundchen shot the Spring 2012 Givenchy campaign last month in Jamaica, it seems that was not the case. Bundchen was snapped with Riccardo Tisci earlier today, shooting the campaign on the beaches of Barcelona. We've got a few snaps from the set; this may not be the end of Bundchen's Spring 2012 campaign streak — the model, who is already headed home to Brazil, is also said to be in the upcoming Versace campaign.
>> Over the weekend, rumored girlfriends Freja Beha Erichsen and Arizona Muse were snapped doing a photo shoot outside the Chateau Marmont in Los Angeles, wearing head-to-toe Chloe. Muse was sporting her newly chopped shag — "The thing that kind of started me was that bob — and I felt like it was time for a change," she told Into the Gloss of the new haircut — in what appears to be the upcoming Spring 2012 campaign shoot.
UPDATE:Chloe has confirmed that Erichsen and Muse are indeed the faces of the Chloe Spring 2012 ads. [@Chloe_fashion]
