Sasha Pivovarova used Twitter to share a picture of newborn daughter Mia Isis on Wednesday.

"Everybody, meet my beautiful little fairy princess," Pivovarova wrote. The 27-year-old model delivered the little girl on Mother's Day, just days after she shared an artful photo of her pregnant body, taken by her husband Igor Vishnyakov.

Pivovarova has used Twitter to update fans on everything from the flowers in her delivery room to which members of her family have visited her and Mia Isis. On Thursday, she wrote, "When every new baby is born its first laugh becomes a fairy."

Sasha Pivovarova Gives Birth on Mother's Day

Sasha Pivovarova delivered a baby girl on Sunday, just in time for Mother's Day.

The model tweeted the good news Sunday morning, first saying that she'd had a "beautiful baby girl," and adding later that it was her first time "celebrating mother's day as a mommy! Happy mother's day to all mothers around the world :) Love, Sasha." The baby is the first child for Pivovarova and her husband, photographer Igor Vishnyakov.

Pivovarova had flown under the radar about her pregnancy since announcing that she and Vishnyakov were expecting in December. The model released a pregnancy photo Vishnyakov took on Twitter last week, just days before giving birth.

The child's name hasn't yet been released. In fact, the only detail Pivovarova has revealed about her child's birth is a picture of the flowers in her delivery room. Take a look at the bouquet — and at Pivovarova's baby bump — in the gallery.

Roberto Cavalli Admits He's Not the Party Animal He Used to Be at His $2 Million 40th Anniversary Bash

>> Roberto Cavalli reportedly spent about $2 million on his 40th anniversary bash held last night at the École Nationale Supérieure des Beaux-Arts in Paris — and that doesn't include the budget allotted to bringing Natalia Vodianova (and perhaps some of the other 1,200 attendees) to the party. As the New York Times's Eric Wilson wrote: "It was one of those fashion parties that felt like another era, when it was possible to enjoy such extravagance without wondering how a designer could possibly be selling enough animal-printed evening gowns and exuberantly distressed denim to afford it all."

Kylie Minogue performed, the walls were lined with Mert Alas and Marcus Piggott's images of models in Cavalli, and Heidi Klum introduced the designer as a four-tier, 10-foot birthday cake covered in sparklers was wheeled onto the stage. But even through all that, Cavalli, almost 70, admitted he's not the party animal he used to be: “Don’t say it, don’t say it, please, because the people should still dream with me,” he said. “The young should think that, instead of sparkling water, I drink Krug, or that I still smoke 10 Cuban cigars every day.”
