Gisele Bündchen had her sister Gabriele Bündchen by her side when she attended a private party thrown in her honor by photographer Johan Lindeberg in NYC last night. The event launched Johan's photos of Gisele for BLK DNM jeans, and featured black and white shots of the top model. Gisele, who was recently named one of the most powerful women of 2013 by Forbes, was excited to be with her sibling and even tweeted about her glee at the bash, saying, "So happy my sister Gabi is in town."

Gisele dropped by the Big Apple after spending the first half of the week with her family back in Massachusetts. Gisele and Tom attended his sister Nancy's graduation from Boston University over the weekend and later spent a day playing in a park with their little ones.

Tom Brady and Gisele Bündchen took advantage of the Spring weather in Boston yesterday when they hit the streets with Vivian, Benjamin, and their pup. Tom and Ben both rode scooters while Gisele carried her youngest child, Vivian, on her chest. Ben took a spill during the ride, but Gisele was quickly on hand to help him up. The Bündchen-Brady family has been stationed in Boston while Tom hits the field for workouts with the Patriots, though he got away from football for an important event last weekend. Tom attended his sister's graduation from Boston University with Gisele, Ben, and Vivian also along to show their support. They have even more to celebrate today, since Gisele landed on Forbes's 2013 list of most powerful women for the second time.

It was a loving weekend for Tom Brady, wife Gisele Bündchen, and kids Jack, Benjamin, and Vivian in Boston. The family fun got started yesterday when the Bündchen-Brady crew attended Tom's sister Nancy's graduation from Boston University. As well as getting in quality time with his immediate family, Tom was reunited with relatives and close friends for the special occasion where baby Vivian stole the show as she was passed around to be held. On Sunday, Tom and Gisele snuck kisses as they treated the kids to an afternoon outdoors.

Gisele and Vivian were back in Boston with their boys this weekend after a trip to NYC where they hit the pavement for a mother-daughter stroll on Thursday. While Gisele chose Vivian as her city companion for her most recent trip, she had Tom by her side for a date night at the Met Gala in NYC earlier this month.

Gisele Bündchen held on tight to her 5-month-old daughter, Vivian, yesterday when she went for a stroll in NYC with a female friend. She's back in the Big Apple after visiting the city earlier this month when she attended the 2013 Met Gala alongside husband Tom Brady. Incidentally, her recent trip comes right as Jennifer Aniston wrapped up her visit to NYC to promote her new web series for Living Proof. During interviews on her press tour, Jen admitted that she loves Gisele's hair. Aside from great hair, the two stars have another thing in common — they both love yoga! Jennifer has long been a fan of the exercise, and Gisele shared a snap of herself practicing yoga with a friend on Tuesday. She said, "A beautiful way to start the morning practice with my friend Cristina Kalyani Paes. Wishing you a joyful day!"
