Trentini, who began dating her ex-boyfriend Fabio Bartelt again in early 2010 — after breaking it off with photographer Victor Demarchelier — become engaged to Bartelt just recently. She tweeted the picture above on Oct. 29, with the caption, "Oh happy day." And Bartelt, for his part, tweeted, "Happy day for me, too.. I'm going to marry with the love of my life..Is there a bigger happiness?" The two have also worked together professionally in the past on photo shoots.
