If you thought designers presented Spring and Fall collections and didn't design anything for the rest of the year, then think again. Some of our favorite fashion brands are currently presenting their Resort 2014 lines, which can include everything from fur coats for those who spend their Winters in cooler climates to swimsuits for people planning an end-of-year beach getaway. A look at some of Resort 2014's biggest trends, here. On Allie: Zara blazer, DKNY dress, BaubleBar necklace. On Justin: Club Monaco blazer and shirt.

Between the bird's-eye view of the red carpet and face time with Sofia Coppola, Fan Bingbing, and Emma Watson, the film's nostalgic tour of the festival — set to the music of Maurice Chevalier's "You Brought a New Kind of Love to Me" — is maybe the most enchanting view of Cannes we've ever seen.
Maiyet's Resort 2014 collection marks the first time the brand's cofounder Kristy Caylor has acted as creative director in a few seasons. It also shows that even the finely crafted and intricately designed items the brand is known for can be filtered through a clean-lined and pleasantly muted lens.
The first look in the collection — a geometric-print mackintosh — epitomizes this duality, being maximal in graphic appeal and minimal in shape. There are also simple sleeveless tops that have longer hems in the back than in the front, paired with patterned skirts and solid shorts, and an interesting cream-and-orange knitted crop top and shorts. And what's more modern right now than baring one's midriff?
Your wedding day just got a little more affordable — and a lot more stylish — thanks to Zac Posen. The designer announced Thursday that he is teaming up with David's Bridal on a six-style collection of wedding gowns. The line, Truly Zac Posen, will range in price from $850 to $1,350 along with five "social occasion dresses" for $195 to $225, and will be infused with his signature sense of style.
"There's a romantic classicism to them with a va-va-va-voom quality," Posen said of the line's aesthetic. "[They are] smashing from the side, stunning from the front and elegant from the back."
And the best part? The dresses will be available in sizes ranging from 0 to 14 off the rack, and up to size 26 by special order. "I have such a wide fan base," Posen commented. "I wanted to find a place where I could actually address them and dress them."
Posen's bridal line will be sold alongside those of Vera Wang and Oleg Cassini. Look for the gowns to hit stores and online in February 2014. For a look at some of the stunning white dresses he's designed in the past, click through the gallery.

Last night's fourth annual amfAR Inspiration Gala was a prime spot for model and celebrity sightings of the chicest kind. Famous faces (on and off the catwalk) gathered to honor Jennifer Lopez, Alan Cumming, and Valentino Garavani, and treated us to a glamorous lineup of dresses in the process. We spotted Lindsey Wixson and Eniko Mihalik posing in feathered red carpet gowns, Dree Hemingway looking ethereal in white, and, among the model crew, fashion favorites like Shala Monroque in bright candy-apple red and Leigh Lezark hanging with Derek Blasberg.
