Tommy Hilfiger Spring 2012
>> Tommy Hilfiger continues to up his fashion ante — with the help of Peter Som, and this time, Karl Templer, who was listed as creative consultant/stylist for the show. "Pop Prep," as the Spring 2012 collection was dubbed, incorporated an abstract camouflage print, shirttail hems on boxy dresses, and suite of loose colorblocked caftans; in sum: a cross between an "homage to the 60s" and "a Technicolor interpretation of the prep classics Tommy Hilfiger is known for."
Scenes from Alexander Wang's Frat-tastic After-Party
>> Alexander Wang and Love partnered for the designer's annual blowout after-party, held last night at Pier 40. This year's theme? "I've always wanted to have a frat party," Wang told The Cut.
Glow sticks, greek letters, and fridges packed with 40s of beer greeted guests, who were also served Kanon Organic Vodka jello shots, burgers, and hot dogs. Inside the makeshift frat house — walls plastered with vintage Playboy centerfolds — people performed keg stands, played beer pong, and competed at the game Everybody Dance on Sony PlayStations. Later, Tyler the Creator and Odd Future performed as spurts of champagne rained over the crowd.

See Snaps from Carine Roitfeld and Barneys's Karaoke Party
>> In celebration of "Carine's World," the Fall 2011 campaign Barneys did in collaboration with Carine Roitfeld, the retailer hosted the stylist's nearest and dearest at Westway, the converted former strip club space in downtown New York.
Guests like Alexander Wang — who stopped by before his own party around the corner, Terry Richardson, and Karlie Kloss enjoyed Roitfeld's favorite drink, Testarossas, and the bounty of the taco truck she requested be stationed outside; there were even rumors of a Kate Moss appearance (although that never came to fruition).
As the party revved up, Roitfeld took the platform for a karaoke rendition of George Michael's "Careless Whisper"; Simon Doonan followed with "Nasty Girl." Later, Roitfeld followed up with Carly Simon's "You're So Vain." And when Valentino Garavani and Giancarlo Giammetti arrived later on, Valentino got on stage to sing "Unforgettable," doing "My Way" for an encore.
