Kate Middleton Has Reportedly Chosen Her Wedding Dress Designer

>> Kate Middleton has picked the designer who will make her wedding dress, a source told People, but Clarence House has indicated that the designer's identity will likely not be revealed until April 29, the day of the wedding.

However: last week, Middleton's mother Carole and sister Pippa spent nearly an hour and a half at one of couturier Bruce Oldfield's London boutiques, where they were welcomed by Oldfield himself. There's been a lot of speculation that Oldfield may be Middleton's choice to do her dress, although he's also widely expected to dress several other members of the wedding party, which could explain why Middleton's mother and sister made their visit. Oldfield's shop had no comment, and the palace spokesman replied: “It’s Miss Middleton’s intention to keep the dress a secret for her bridegroom on their wedding day, as is every bride’s prerogative.”
