>> Pregnancy rumors concerning Rachel Zoe don't seem to want to go away, but when the stylist was asked yesterday at the CFDA/Vogue Fashion Fund fashion show in Los Angeles if she wanted to address the issue, she replied: "I'm feeling great." She "opened her black Balmain blazer to reveal a flat stomach," People reports, and added, "Not at all. I'd be home sleeping [if I were pregnant]."

Zoe also denied the pregnancy a week and a half ago, but one guest who sat near her at yesterday's event noted: "Everyone was drinking champagne at her table but her."  And a source close to Zoe tells E! today that Zoe is four and a half months along and just found out in the last week that the baby is a boy.

While we're on the subject of Zoe, her former style director Brad Goreski has a solo styling effort in Harper's Bazaar's October 2010 issue.

>> After last year's Victoria's Secret Fashion Show aired, it was reported that no one had ever purchased a Victoria's Secret Fantasy Bra. In fact, the company admitted that all of the past bras — including the 2006 Hearts on Fire Diamond Fantasy Bra, worth $7 million — had all been dismantled.

This year's upcoming show, which tapes Nov. 10 and airs Nov. 30, will feature Adriana Lima in a $2 million Fantasy Bra (left) fashioned out of 142 carats of gems, including 60 carats of white diamonds and 82 carats of topazes and sapphires. And while no one may buy that specific bra, the brand has wisened up this year: they've made a $250 consumer version of this year's Fantasy Bra, which Candice Swanepoel wears (right) on the cover of the soon-to-be-sent-out Victoria's Secret Christmas Dreams and Fantasy catalogue. Instead of diamonds, the consumer version has crystals.

>> Delfina Delettrez Fendi's Spring 2011 jewelry collection is "all about strong women, like Virginia Woolf or George Sand or Colette," she says. "They all used to wear masculine things." The offerings include hand rings, crocheted necklaces, shirt cuff silver bracelets, and Kama Sutra cufflinks. "I’ve always done the cufflinks," Delettrez Fendi says. "But they were more sweet — like with animals. This time [we did] eyes, Kama Sutra." What might we see from her next? "I have to fly back and think what am I going to do next season! I get inspired by traveling. This opens my mind. When I’m on holiday, I’m more relaxed and more open for things to come . . . I’m thinking of going to San Francisco. >> Zac Posen's mother and longtime business partner, Susan Posen, has left the company to "pursue other interests," relinquishing her CEO duties at Posen to Susan Davidson, who is also CEO of Scoop NYC. Both companies are owned by Ron Burkle's The Yucaipa Cos.

“It has been nearly 10 years since Zac, Alexandra and I founded Zac Posen,” Susan Posen, who will continue to serve in her role as chair of the board, said yesterday by email. “During that time I have had the privilege to work — both within the company itself and in the larger fashion arena — with an amazing group of people. The company is now poised for a new phase of growth, and I have decided it is time to step aside from my current role as acting CEO and pursue other interests.”

WWD's sources say that Yucaipa "was getting increasingly frustrated with the lack of return on its Zac Posen investment and sought a change at the helm to steer the business in a new, more profitable direction." Susan Posen had said in April that she expected the company to make its first profit this year. She also noted yesterday that she was “pleased to welcome Susan Davidson who has joined us as CEO. She will now steward the Zac Posen and Z Spoke brands. I look forward to their success and growth.”
