Stella McCartney celebrated the illumination of her Bruton Street store in London last night with a performance by Mighty Boosh star Noel Fielding. "We're going to give Christmas a gothic slant," said the actor/comedian. "Think black snowmen and Santa with eyeliner." McCartney and friends drank champagne and Guinness, while an exuberant Fielding entertained guests—wearing a printed mini dress from McCartney's spring 2010 collection.

Picture the above jackets and vests with skinny tuxedo trousers—like Stella McCartney's lace-trimmed stretch pants or Preen Line's PVC leggings—and a heavy heel or bootie for an I'm-with-the-boys party look.

>> Top model Daul Kim, who was found dead by her boyfriend last Thursday, hanged in her Paris apartment, "was an excellent model, but she used to say she had hard times off the job," according to one anonymous modelling agent.

Friends told the Telegraph UK that all the constant travelling and the pressures of the fashion industry were taking its toll on Daul, and she had announced intentions to move into painting and video filmmaking.  She already had a solo artwork show in Seoul under her belt.

Police are investigating her death, but suspect suicide; in Daul's blog, i like to fork myself, which since her death has been made private, she often wrote that she suffered from depression, loneliness, and bouts of insomnia.  In 2007, when she first started the blog, she wrote: "I'm definitely not depressed, and I don't want to kill myself I don't want to die." But in one of her first posts in April 2007, she blogged: "My life as dual was so miserable and lonely. Please join my loneliness in another world. I love you all." Later, she added: "KIDDING. I'm fine. Just tired."

One friend says she "had become fed up with modelling" »

Delfina Delettrez Fendi Presents Anatomik at Opening Ceremony

Jen Brill, Sally Singer, Bonnie Morrison, and Fe Fendi joined 22-year-old Fendi family heiress Delfina Delettrez Fendi for the first stateside presentation of her Anatomik jewelry collection at Opening Ceremony last Thursday.

Jen Brill, Sally Singer, Bonnie Morrison, and Fe Fendi joined 22-year-old Fendi family heiress Delfina Delettrez Fendi for the first stateside presentation of her Anatomik jewelry collection at Opening Ceremony last Thursday.

Greatly inspired by Delettrez Fendi's obsession with the anatomy of the human body, the jewelry collection features a cuff shaped like vampire teeth, skull cabochon rings, and diamond encrusted pinky fingers. “I have always been fascinated with the body; I don’t know why,” Delettrez Fendi said. “From the mouth to the feet, it’s very inspiring to me — especially the hands.”

Silver skeleton shaped slave bracelets that mimicked the bone structure of the hand were among the most interesting (and fun to try on) for party-goers. “You have to play with the jewels, Fendi explained. "Now people don’t want to have jewels that are shiny and don’t want to have the big diamonds. They want to have the jewels that seem fake! But you just know it’s real. It seems like a toy.”

The collection, which retails from $450 to $65,000, is available at Opening Ceremony boutiques in New York and Los Angeles.
