Ka Pow Wow makes to most wonderful ruffled pieces that, for a little more than one hundred dollars, are a real bang-for-your-buck investment. Spring 2009 was a season where statement accessories happily took the place of it-bags and so we think there's no better time for Ka Pow Wow than the present. This Spring 2009 designers made their polka dots extra-large and, along with other trends like bloomers and crop tops, they made for an optimistic statement indeed. Fashion editors might be wearing black right now but this Spring 09, it looks like all that will change.

Both Francisco Costa and Donna Karan revealed that their Fall 2009 collections will be smaller this season, in an effort to cut costs. Now there's a thought.

Kate Moss has re-signed her contract with high street retailer, Topshop, for another three years. The supermodel plans to expand her range to include accessories and lingerie.
