We've also heard rumors of holiday photo shoots which may or may not include appearances by staff so it's wise to keep an eye on the site for all of the eye candy soon to come our way. Whether you're for or against fur and animal products in fashion there's no denying that the faux alternative is cost effective. In these challenging times the "fake" is definitely a wiser option. Brooklyn retailer Bird is counting on a pop-up shop to bring in extra sales during the holiday season. A new Williamsburg location will be partially open for the month of December and will include limited edition designs from Steven Alan, Stella McCartney accessories, and holiday collections from the likes of Tsumori Chisato and Rachel Comey. Sounds like a Brooklyn holiday to us.
