We received a subscription email the other day, cluing us in to the Sephora Scent Sampler as a holiday gift option and boy, did it open a fury of bookmarking. The Sephora gift section is both comprehensive and affordable--from lip gloss to perfume to toiletries, almost each gift set is marked down, making the options not only irresistible for gift giving, but for exercising some brand loyalty as well. That said, we think Holiday shopping online only makes sense, we suggest making a stylebook or bookmark folder as you find suitable gifts for your friends and family and then, once you've made your list (and budget) and checked it twice, sit down with a glass of wine, put on the Charlie Brown Christmas DVD, and start ordering.
Rumors have circulated that Anna Wintour is leaving her position at Vogue and who better to capitalize on the whispers than the lowly online press (we kid). It started with Page Six and moved through Refinery 29, Gawker, Racked, and The Cut in a matter of minutes.
Miu Miu opens their third store in Manhattan today, which should stand as a sign that the brand is still thriving. The company has three more United States stores in the pipeline in addition to openings abroad. To see the Spring 2009 Miu Miu collection, click here.
In other news...Monocle magazine has opened a shop in Londontown where the Man About Town and Fantastic Man can bring their business.
