dear shoe fairy,

>>  Can you please send me some shoes exactly like these, except in size 9 rather than size 6.5?  That would be love.  Really, I would be your bestest friend.

why don't they prosecute him for dressing posh while they're at it?

>> Slammer jammer!  Looks like Maestro Roberto Cavalli has gotten himself in a fix!  He's being prosecuted after writing off $2.7 million in improvements to his Florence villa as business expenses.  Cavalli claims that he uses the property for photoshoots, but the prosecutors insist the work (including a helicopter landing pad and hangar) exceeds normal business expenses.  If found guilty, Cavalli could spend two years in jail.

christmas in february

>> It seems like people want to celebrate Christmas sooner every year, but I think Dolce & Gabbana take the cake.  You'll see what I mean when you watch the runway video, which is up on their site on the very right.  If nothing else, watch it to see the models try to dance at the end.  Oh, and apparently Mukluks are back.

runway deathmatch: boudicca v. behnaz

>> Intensely poofy skirts are taking over the runways... and I like it.  So whose side are you on anyway?  Team Boudicca?

call in the green berets!

>> ...or any color really... because hats are the accessory du jour.  My personal favorite out of the bunch are berets -- they just have that certain je ne sais quoi, non?  Daryl K (loved the styling in that show), Thakoon, and Ralph Lauren seem to think so.

in or out?

>>  Santino from Project Runway was on Regis & Kelly this morning -- they had him make an outfit for Kelly out of aluminum foil, cabbage, plastic wrap, and artichokes.  What a random combination.  So, judges, what do you think?

wow.

>> Bjork couldn't pull it off, but Erin O'Connor makes the infamous swan dress look good.  Damn good, at that.  And I'm still loving the dark lipstick... Mikael Jansson did a fabulous job with this set back in 2001 -- I love the Robin Hood feel to it.  (Eleonora Bose is in it too).
