Nothing against Snejana -- it looked bad on everyone.

>> Too many fashion people with sleep deprivation in one room can only result in one thing: catty comments. WWD quotes a fashion editor on Sienna Miller's bowl cut 'n' waif look at the Pucci show yesterday:
"I'd dump her for the chubby nanny, too."
>> So call me a tacky monster, but I think this Heidi-inspired hat was my favorite part of D&G. A little over-the-top? Maybe. You know what I have to say to that? Meh. It's cute. (And it's D&G, what did you expect?)
>> The rumor mill is really going full speed ahead today! Vogue UK reports:
Kate Moss has apparently been approached by Brokeback Mountain director Ang Lee to play one of Dusty Springfield's early lovers in a biopic of the singer's life. In a coupling that is bound to threaten all previous box office records, Charlize Theron is thought to have been lined up to play the lead role in the film, which will feature Springfield's life from her birth in Hampstead to her death from breast cancer in 1999. "Kate is the ideal choice to play the love of Dusty's early life," a source told ananova.com. "She is beautiful, aloof and she epitomises swinging London. There'll probably be sexual scenes but as Ang is behind the cameras they will be very tastefully done. Kate's character breaks Dusty's heart and sparks off the chain of tumultuous relationships that dogged her throughout her life.
>> Looks like Hedi Slimane won't let menswear rival Raf Simons have all the fun. Just yesterday Raf's first womenswear collection for Jil Sander debuted, and today WWD is reporting that as Hedi renegotiates his contract, which expires in July, he is fishing for a signature women's wear line. I say he already gives us women some great stuff to wear in the way of Dior Homme skinny suits, but I'm all for the concept of making the clothes that women wear actually for women.
>> I would like to make an announcement...
a fashion blog which I will be contributing to regularly. Now don't you worry your pretty little head, nothing's happening to fashionologie. And I will continue to write about things that I like (or don't like, as the case may be) -- I won't be influenced by anything else. I'm not pulling a Doctor Faustus on ya here, I promise.

>> Rumor has it that the F/W 06 collection for Roland Mouret that was originally showing in showroom only will be cancelled. Apparently it was decided yesterday at 4 pm that they will cancel all orders written in NY, as well as all showroom appointments, due to financial backing issues.
>> V40 is coming out soon, and guess who's on the cover? Kate Moss. Never saw that one coming, did you? In any case, the preview is up, including part of the interview with Kate Moss. Never one for interviews, Kate keeps her responses pretty monosyllabic. Don't worry, it's still an interesting read. Also kind of funny, because they put the interview questions in lowercase, but Kate's answers in all caps -- so it's kind of like she's screaming the answers at you.
