Using some mad detective skills and the use of Exhibit A and Exhibit B (right), in which MK is wearing the same exact cowboy boots, I was able to deduce that the boots she is wearing are the Black T Bird Boots from R. Soles, a brand also favored by the likes of Sienna Miller, Kate Moss, et al.  They run for ₤295.  Hope that helps!
