I doubt she'd kill herself. She seemed so confident and sure about herself.
It makes me sad thinking about it. I believe it's best not to speculate until
we know the whole truth(ie. after autopsy and thorough police investigation).
Anyway, Daul wherever you are, know that you are missed.
I was a big fan of your writing and your charming personality.

I am so sad to hear about this. I read this piece of awful news at work and I almost started to cry.
As a Asian gay guy it has been so great reading Daul's blog especially how strong she is standing up against misogyny, homophobia and also conservative and judging fellow Asians
So sad!

This is truly saddening. I hear there have been 9 suicides in the Korean modelling industry this year. I hope this is the last.

Please respect her family’s privacy at this time of sadness. We will all miss her very much." Cause of death remains unknown, but The Cut reports a source says it was suicide. Daul just posted a video on her blog yesterday, under the title "say hi to forever."
