Takashi Murakami , and The Superflat Art Movement really revolutionized 21st century art. Superflat is also one of the reasons why The Superstroke Art Movement with it's origins in Africa exists. Superstroke was formed as a reaction to Superflat and not a reaction against it (this is a fact a lot of people in the art world do not always understand).
