Lily Cole and Twitter founder Jack Dorsey are the subjects of the year's first model relationship rumor, but every rumor should be taken with a grain of salt.

On New Year's Eve, Cole and Dorsey were photographed together on a yacht off the coast of St. Barts. Shots of Cole seemingly massaging Dorsey's shoulders led some news outlets to report that the two are an item, but Dorsey tweeted a reminder Wednesday that things aren't always what they appear.

Cole's account has been silent on the matter. Two days after this photo was taken, more pictures from the trip revealed that movie producer Brian Grazer and a music executive were also on the trip.
