Douchette Duvall Presentation
by coutorture 0
We've just left the Douchette Duvall Spring Summer 2009 presentation where the Americana inspired collection was reminiscent of the 1950's. In the reception area, on the second floor of Christie's, were voting registration slips and Obama pins with a modest, cursive, "Douchette Duvall" printed just above the candidate's name. In the presentation area, healthy looking models wore a-line frocks and skirts or maxi-length printed gowns. Someone remarked that this was the most nicely catered show they've been to all season--the second we walked in the door we were offered deviled eggs, espresso, and champagne. Check out a few shots we snapped before heading over to the Behnaz Sarafpour show--where we now sit.
