>> Candy Pratts Price Named Creative Director of Vogue.com —Candy Pratts Price, who was laid off last year from her position as executive fashion director of Style.com, has been named the new creative director of Vogue.com. Pratts Price — who Anna Wintour dubbed "Queen of the Internet" in 2008 — has been a contributing editor at Vogue in recent months. Vogue.com is expected to relaunch on Sept. 7, and Pratts Price's appointment is certainly notable, now that Style.com and Vogue.com are expected to co-exist and compete. [@womensweardaily]

Cannot believe Vogue would hire this tacky woman. Best thing that ever happened at Style.com was her leaving.
when WWD posted the news on twitter, their headline said something about MORE CHANGES BEING EXPECTED. i can't remember the exact words...
all of a sudden, the tweet was deleted, and then they tweeted again deleting that last part, and including "interesting..." instead.
you had to be reading twitter at that time to catch it, because it was rapidly deleted.
the people who retweeted the initial post couldnt get that last part, as the tweet would've been too long when including the "RT @womensweardaily" tag... but someone must have noticed!!
any ideas? who were they talking about?
