COS Opens A Third Berlin Store, No Word On US Move If ever you doubt H&M's fashion prowess remind yourself of COS. Opened in 2007, this side project from H&M produces modern, minimal clothing at a slightly higher price point. Although H&M is better known in America, especially for designer collaborations, COS has been quietly and consistently praised by the industry for good quality and design. Today the company opened a third store in Berlin making their total number of stores across Europe sixteen. Since COS first opened in London we haven't heard a peep about expansion into the US but the company has plans to open five more stores this fall so here's to hoping.
