>> Some of Katie Grand's nearest and dearest — Giles Deacon, Agyness Deyn, Alexander McQueen — came out to the Royal Academy in London last night to celebrate the first-ever party for her new magazine Love. Guests sipped tea and participated in a treasure hunt, but the night's big attention-getter was Beth Ditto — she's rumored to be Love's first cover star. No confirmation yet — but a good space to watch might be the magazine's under-the-radar blog, which so far chronicles the move to a new office, visits to showrooms, and Giles holding scotch eggs over his eyes.

Beth Ditto To Grace First Cover of Love?
Bummer... that girl looks like such a fat slob.
a fat slob? really? clearly that's why she's hanging out with Katie Grand, Agyness Deyn, and Giles Deacon, while you're rotting on the outskirts of Portland. keep up your scathing social commentary, it's getting you real far. Did it ever occur to your small mind that Katie Grand is a true fashion visionary for embracing more than one body type as beautiful, and for putting someone with real talent, brains, and fashion sense on her cover instead of the same old boring, safe models we've seen a million times before?
Yeah I didn't say those other people were fat slobs. Just her. She's like 200 pounds - how is that not a fat slob?? Forgive me for not wanting to see unhealthy, overweight people on magazine covers.
someone can be fat without being a slob. and you have proven that someone can be skinny and still be a judgmental, provincial slob. how do you know anything about her health? for that matter, how are coke-addicted, anorexic models that are usually on magazine covers healthy?

Shiseido
Gosh it looked like a typical London Brat bash!
And Katie Grand looked like Beatrice Dalle after another rehab.
Beth Ditto's hair colour is strange on her.
