Between Halloween and Hurricane Sandy, it has certainly been one crazy week. But the chic must go on, and so it did. In Los Angeles, LACMA's annual Film + Art Gala brought plenty of gorgeous looks from the fashion set; from Anna Wintour to Amber Valletta, there was no shortage of stunning gowns — and smiles — on display. In London, Henry Holland and Laura Bailey turned up to celebrate Atelier Liberty's launch, and in Berlin, Karolina Kurkova wowed in a champagne-colored Carlos Miele gown at Prix Montblanc.
