Her son's birthday was Tuesday, Dec. 8, and she has not yet decided on a name. According to her agency, Storm, "Jourdan is really well and super happy. She is due to get home from the hospital with her little boy today." No word on if Jourdan will be back on the Fall 2010 catwalks, but word is she's already received offers to be photographed with her new baby. [Vogue UK]
