Seeing this post this afternoon was the cherry on top of my exhausting day. Here I am, sleepy and dreading homework on a Wednesday afternoon, when I come across this post that one of my favorite online stores, Net-a-Porter, is opening an outlet site. This news could not come at a more perfect time for me. Lately, thanks to something I’ll call the “recession”, I have been tortured and tormented, begged and pleaded not to do my usual bouts of what I’ll call “shopping”. While I’ll pretend my secret Visa doesn’t exist, I can only thank the masterminds at Net-a-porter for opening a discounted luxury store. I always wondered where the unsold merchandise from online shopping hotspots ended up. The samples posted shows a Chloe box clutch with eye popping colors and classic structure. Also mentioned is one of my favorite designers, Jill Stuart, whose merchandise will be sold at slashed prices as well. Some prices mentioned are even cut completely in half. The more I read of the article, the better my day became and the more in love I feel with the idea of this store.
