Lacroix Sells a Piece of Paris

Wed, 01/21/09 — 02:53:39 PM

>> When Karl Lagerfeld bought a home in Vermont late last year, the acquisition was highly publicized; we got a peek at the house's innards in the new Chanel campaign.  Another Parision designer just put his home on the market, but with decidedly less fanfare than Karl Lagerfeld.  Christian Lacroix is selling his seventeeth-century apartment in fashion's favorite Parisian neighborhood, Le Marais, for $2.6 million — he has already relocated to another apartment in the same neighborhood.  The listing gives us a look inside his inner sanctum, which is colorful and eclectic, just like his clothes.

I love it. Its stylish and eclectic as he is. Where is the kitchen? I would love to see the kitchen which is to me the soul of a home. Unless the Laxcroix's eat breakfast, lunch and dinner outdoors?

Oh, I love it. Not only is it incredibly unique, but it also has great lighting, & the outside is just gorgeous.
