>> ON THE CAMPAIGN TRAIL —We've all seen Madonna's controversial Spring 2009 ads for Louis Vuitton and heard the story about how they came about, but we haven't been behind the scenes with Marc Jacobs and Madonna as they made the campaign happen.  Louis Vuitton's video reveals how much of a collaboration the looks were between designer and campaign face — Madonna suggests bracelets, Marc asks her if she wants the jewelry more symmetrical . . . and then they get down to the real business.  Marc asks Madonna what she thinks of Marc Jacobs, and she replies, "I think he's kind of hot, actually." Marc, clearly pleased, looks straight at the camera: "Ooooh, you heard that, everybody."
