I would have found it more credible if it was Yves Saint Laurent who said it.
Bergé's sucgh a sour puss. Its sad to see how bitter he's become. I mourn the loss of YSL but life has to go on without him. Bergé seems to have forgotten that YSL himself did long evening dresses with pearls and sequins and women bought them. I'm all for, according to Bergé 'cheap' Zara H&M etc clothes that 'serve' women but that shouldn't dictate what we wear surely. The way he snickers the word cheap puzzles me.
